Wide range of added products ranging from plates for structural, line pipes, yellow goods to advanced products for shipbuilding, for offshore platform, Oil and Gas pipelines, boiler and pressure vessels, Windmills etc are produced in plenty in customised dimensions for varied application requirements.
The mill is well- equipped to produce quality stringent plates for rolled, normalised, quenched as well as tempered supply conditions. These steel plates when produced under controlled supply conditions yield better durability and excellent welding ability. ESD in its produce for all grades of steel plates emphasizes on attaining optimized thickness as compared to the strength ratio.
All grades of produce is ultrasonically tested using online UT machine up to 50 mm and manual UT up to 150 mm.
