AAC Blocks

Aerated Autoclaved Concrete blocks (AAC) are the future of construction and are apt for multi-storied structures as it is lighter in weight than standard size bricks and blocks.

AAC is formed from the universal supplies of lime, sand, cement and water and are further mixed, moulded and autoclaved under heat and pressure to produce its inimitable properties. AAC is eco-friendly substitute to traditional construction materials and is completely different from other concrete materials.

It is made of non-toxic agents and does not exude poisonous gases. AAC usage facilitates the construction of taller buildings. Its usage is ideal for schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, and taller structure that necessarily require acoustic insulation.

AAC is fire resistant and has excellent thermal insulation. Available in custom sizes, AAC is a very good alternative for the banned clay bricks, as the manufacturing process of AAC does not generate any waste and the finished product is environment friendly.

An added advantage of AAC is that they can be produced in a large no of sizes and is extremely light weight and long lasting. Since AAC is lightweight it allows easy flexible workability and stability Blocks can be easily cut, drilled, nailed, milled and grooved to fit individual requirements.

It reduces energy expenditures, thereby protecting our environment for the future generations. AAC is termite resistant and cannot be damaged by termites or insects.
